This symposium is designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, psychologists, nurses, social workers and school personnel who care for children and adolescents living with mental illness.

Educational Objectives
In the goal to ultimately improve patient care, attendees will be able to:
- Discuss obsessive-compulsive and Tourette disorders in children.
- Examine psychopharmacologic treatments.
- Identify general and separation anxiety and phobias.
- Differentiate cognitive-behavior treatment with psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy for children.
- Discuss trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder in children.
