Piotr Olkowski, M.D.
Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at University Physicians Hospital at Kino Campus
Dr. Olkowski is an Attending Psychiatry at UPH Psychiatry department. He provides clinical leadership, supervision and mentorship of residents in various years of training.
Dr. Olkowski received his medical degree from Academy of Medicine Warsaw, Poland. He completed his residency training at Temple University and geriatric psychiatry fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. Following graduation he became a member of faculty and was involved in teaching residents at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
He has been a board certified psychiatrist who practiced psychiatry in Suffolk County, NY, for 10 years before joining the UPH / UA Psychiatry Department.
His current interests include Schizophrenia, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as issues involving sleep disorders in both adult and geriatric psychiatry.
