  4. Identify and address factors shaping trends of declining Lithium use
  5. Review Lithium’s more novel effects regarding immune function, neuroprotection, longevity

A Practical Guide for “High-Yield” Nutraceuticals

  1. Understand general guidelines for practical utilization of nutraceuticals
  2. Be able to utilize the following nutraceuticals appropriately in clinical practice:
    • Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Ashwagandha, Inositol, SAMe
  3. Have access to a convenient table for quick reference of high yield nutraceuticals
